

Training and Quality Executive
Overall Purpose
The Quality and Training Executive is responsible for assisting the T&Q Manager indesigning, coordinating, and monitoring training and quality initiatives across the organisation. The role ensures that employee development, brand standards, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements are consistently maintained.
T
Training
· Liaise with brand representatives to obtain the necessary information for coordinating technical and non-technical training.
· Assist managers in identifying training needs and designing development plans for new and existing employees.
· Map out training plans and schedules together with the Training & Quality Manager and departmental heads.
· Oversee all professional development activities within the company and ensure compliance with franchise and brand training requirements.
· Develop, update, and maintain training databases and records, ensuring timely compliance reporting.
· Coordinate training sessions delivered by subject-matter experts (internal or external) and gather feedback from participants to improve effectiveness.
· Research and remain up to date on developments in the automotive industry, competitors, and new training methodologies.
· Compile data on training requirements and outcomes to prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness of training initiatives.
· Coordinate travel arrangements for training and quality activities, including flights, accommodation, and transport, ensuring reconciliation of travel expenses.
Quality
· Support the administration and continual improvement of the QMS, including CAPA registers and documentation control.
· Perform Internal Audits to ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards, franchise standards, and manufacturer requirements.
· Assist departments in preparing for external audits, franchise assessments, and self-assessments.
· Coordinate and analyse Mystery Shopping activities, ensuring corrective actions are followed up.
Other
· Support the planning of employee engagement and team-building activities related to training and quality initiatives.
· Attend training and quality workshops or sessions organised by manufacturers locally and abroad, representing the company’s interests.
· Ensure health & safety regulations and company policies are strictly adhered to in all training and quality activities.
· Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager or Head of Human Resources & Administration.
