At IBER&CO, we are looking for a responsible, friendly, and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests by providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient food and beverage service in a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverages.

Accurately take customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.

Serve food and drinks according to the restaurant’s quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.

Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.

Follow all hygiene, health, and food safety regulations.
Requirements

Mandatory requirement: Conversational Spanish and English.

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress.
