Warehouse Location Team Leader

AMSM is looking for a driven Warehouse Location Team Leader to join our Warehouse and Distribution Department on a full-time basis.

We are looking for a team leader who drives team motivation, displays excellent intrapersonal skills to build quality relationships with the Warehouse Team and other departments at AMSM. The selected candidate would be responsible for the following responsibilities:

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist and stand in for the Warehouse Manager.
• Be responsible for the direction and supervision of staff.
• Conduct performance appraisals of employees.
• Monitor, plan, and effect stock movements.
• Plan customer deliveries and liaise with customers, suppliers, customs officials and other departments within the Company.
• Be expected to aid in the Warehouse and Distribution Department’s administrative tasks and to ensure the proper flow of documentation it handles.
• Be responsible for various tasks on behalf of the Warehouse and Distribution Department.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
• An advanced level of education would be considered an asset.
• A good command of English and Maltese.
• A high level of organisational skills.
• Good Leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
