We are currently seeking a Clerk to join our head office team during office hours on part-time or full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, process and oversee all work permit applications, ensuring full compliance with local regulations,
- Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure timely submissions and approvals,
- Maintain accurate records and documentation,
- Provide support and guidance to employees on work permit requirements and processes.
Requirements
- Applicants must have a minimum O-Level standard of education.
- Possess strong organizational and administrative skills, with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively is essential.
Applicants must present a clean Police Conduct certificate and, in the case of third-country nationals, hold a valid work permit. Previous experience in administration or human resources will be considered an asset although not necessary as training will be given.
