The Store Keeper is responsible for efficiently managing, organizing, and maintaining all for all equipment, and supply inventories for the Outside Catering Department. This role ensures that all items required for off-site events are available, properly stored, and issued in a timely and accurate manner, while maintaining hygiene, safety, and cost-control standards.

Must be available to work on weekends and flexible hours when required.
