Casa Ellul is a luxury, family owned boutique hotel right in the heart of the capital city Valletta.
The dual experience of a classic, yet stylish boutique hotel on the lower floors and contemporary rooftop spaces. Surrounded by private upper terraces make this project a unique and very alternative experience. This project was entrusted to Chris Briffa Architects who are synonymous in restoration of buildings in Valletta. Their aim was to retain most of the original fabric and keep alterations to a minimum.

Ellul also runs Ellul Wines and Spirits, an exquisite shop that offers a selection of over 500-luxury wines, 250 whiskies, spirits and hand-rolled cigars from all around the world.
