 - Support the Spa Manager in driving revenue, meeting upsell and retail targets and monitoring treatment quality

 - Assist in developing treatment protocols and suggesting improvements to enhance guest experiences

 - Maintain accurate treatment records and contribute to guest history databases for personalized service

 - Adhere to health, safety and hygiene standards per hotel and industry guidelines

 - Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary

 - Act as a brand ambassador, consistently delivering the Hard Rock signature service



💡
What We’re Looking For


 - 4+ years’ experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle hotel spa

 - Recognized qualifications in massage, facial and body treatments (CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC or equivalent)

 - Proven track record in achieving retail and treatment upsell targets

 - Training or mentoring experience preferred

 - Advanced technical ability across multiple treatment modalities

 - Strong guest service focus with the ability to personalize treatments

 - Excellent communication, listening and product recommendation skills

 - Ability to motivate and guide junior staff

 - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

 - Fluency in English; additional languages preferred

 - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays

 - Passion for wellness, beauty and delivering extraordinary guest experiences
