Job Role

As Executive Chef, you will play a key role in the Resort’s Management Team, overseeing the entire kitchen operation, including the main kitchen, multiple restaurant outlets and events catering. The Job:

<li>Develop and implement an annual training plan aligned with business needs and performance goals.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.</li>
<li>Coordinate and deliver training in key areas such as Guest Experience, Health &amp; Safety, Leadership, and Train the Trainer.</li>
<li>Support operational teams with on-the-job coaching and re-training based on observations and guest feedback.</li>
<li>Manage induction programs and ensure consistent onboarding across departments.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate training records and manage all administrative aspects of training delivery.</li>
<li>Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify learning needs and assist in recruitment and development.</li>
<li>Monitor L&amp;D trends and recommend innovative methods or external resources when relevant.</li>
<li>Control the training budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of programs.</li>
<li>Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organisation.</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements
<ul>
<li>3 years of working experience in high-end restaurants</li>
<li>Good understanding of how the role contributes to the success of the restaurant</li>
<li>Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays</li>
<li>Verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of another European language is an asset)</li>
<li>Relevant qualifications related to the role</li>
<li>Conformity to grooming standards</li>
