Our client is an EUcGMP-licensed provider of importation, secondary packaging, batch testing, and batch release services for the global pharmaceutical industry. With one of the EU's largest and most advanced facilities catering to non-sterile, sterile, and inhaler (MDI/DPI) pharmaceutical products, they are committed to driving innovation and growth. 


To support its expansion, they are seeking a
Quality Assurance Officer.


Responsibilities

Reporting to the QA Manager, the selected candidate will:



 - Manage document control systems and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with quality standards.

 - Maintain the QMS through the effective control and upkeep of quality-related documents.

 - Assist in managing deviations, investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), complaints, KPIs, Product Quality Reviews (PQRs), Product Master Files, and the review of analytical data.

 - Review secondary packaging Batch Document Records for accuracy and compliance.

 - Organize and maintain technical, service, and confidential agreements while ensuring licensing, marketing, and legal compliance for pharmaceutical and medical products.

 - Approve equipment qualification reports, audit trails, and analytical method transfers.

 - Manage the Site Approval, Product List, and Approved Suppliers List.

 - Oversee GMP training programs and maintain personnel training files.

 - Report any nonconformance with products, procedures, or cGMP standards to the QA Manager or Qualified Person (QP).

 - Ensure a high standard of GMP, housekeeping, and hygiene across company premises.

 - Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

 - Support other QA-related tasks and projects as needed.
