Our Client is a global
generic pharmaceutical industry that specializes in the development and manufacture of both APIs and FDFs.

In Malta, for
over 20 years, they have two factories, located side-by-side, in the Hal Far Industrial Estate, holding EU GMP certification and US FDA approval.

They are looking for an
R&amp;D Officer for their solid FDF production site. The selected candidate will report to the FDF Industrialization Manager.



Responsibilities

Write, coordinate, and implement protocols and manufacturing instructions for trial, pilot, and validation batches of new products.


 - Assist in the manufacture of R&amp;D batches, including the execution of in-process controls and other physical tests related to R&amp;D batches.

 - Draft, monitor, and actively participate in the execution of project plans for new products, liaising with other departments to ensure smooth project progress.

 - Manage and update quality-related actions within the R&amp;D department, such as standard operating procedures, corrective and preventive actions, change controls, and deviations.



Requirements



 - Possession of a University degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.

 - Experience in a pharmaceutical environment, ideally in Process Technology Transfer for solid oral dosage forms.

 - Highly organized with excellent communication skills.

 - Proficient in understanding and implementing strategies and policies.

 - Capable of working effectively in a team environment.

 - Self-motivated with excellent attention to details and results-oriented
