What we do:

We organise numerous courses every month in San Gwann for very small groups of people to make sure that each individual is given the necessary attention. We mainly specialise in hospitality related courses, namely: Food Handing Category A, Food Handling Category B and HACCP

The trainer:

Marie Antoinette is well-known for being extremely efficient, diligent and professional. Marie is a scientist by profession has dedicated the last ten years in the Regulatory Industry studying and participating in European committees to implement various European Regulations. Through the past few years, Marie has helped a number of companies develop a quality approach in the food industry. She has an approach of doing it right the first time thus enhancing time management and avoiding loss of profit.


Central Training Malta

For people who would like to increase their knowledge of food safety and who are involved directly in the preparation and production of food such as chefs, pastry chefs, food manufacturing factories, employees, bakers etc. This training provides an overview of the purpose and requirements of a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). The certificate is valid for three (3) years. Additional info: Free WiFi is available on premises.

HACCP

The Food Handling Course A is for people who are indirectly involved in the preparation and production of food such as waiters, bar staff, pot wash staff, cashiers, etc. It is also suitable for people who would like to obtain a basic understanding about food safety. The licence obtained after successful completion is valid for two (2) years. Our courses are fully recognised by the Food Safety Commission of Malta. Additional info: Training can be carried out at your premises for groups of six (6) or more. Free WiFi is available on premises

Food Handling Course A

As per L.N 178/2001, obtaining a Food Handling License is a requirement for all people working in the food industry. The license obtained after successful completion is valid for five (5) years. This Food Handling Course B is suitable for people who are directly involved in the preparation and production of food such as chefs, pastry chefs, butchers, bakers etc. It is also a requirement for those applying for their working permit/VISA, teachers and child carers. Our courses are fully recognised by the Food Safety Commission of Malta. Additional info: Price per student will be discounted to €25 for group bookings of six (6) or more.
