For people who would like to increase their knowledge of food safety and who are involved directly in the preparation and production of food such as chefs, pastry chefs, food manufacturing factories, employees, bakers etc. This training provides an overview of the purpose and requirements of a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
