It is slow-paced to learn the foundations of a yoga practice. A safe place of no comparison.

Wear comfortable clothes you can stretch in.
Bring your own mat.
Price - EUR10.00 for one class or EUR 40 for 5 classes or 2 classes pre-booked and paid for EUR 18
Cancellations: Refund will be given subject to cancelling 8 hours before class. If by membership, and not cancelled 8 hours before a class will be deducted from your membership.
