Accounts Executive
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data input, maintaining updated records of supplier invoices, creditors reconciliation, and supporting the finance department with routine accounting and administrative tasks. Strong computer literacy, an excellent command of English, and proficiency in mathematical calculations are essential.

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Perform regular creditors’ reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies or outstanding balances.
- Liaise directly with suppliers to ensure the efficient handling of returns, credit notes, and invoice-related queries.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and supporting documentation, primarily using Microsoft Excel.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the finance team, contributing to smooth departmental operations.
- Handle sensitive financial information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Ensure all data entry and financial reporting activities are accurate, consistent, and compliant with internal controls and procedures.
Educational and skill requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Confidence in performing basic mathematical and pricing calculations accurately.
- Familiarity with SunSystems (Sun) accounting software will be considered a strong asset.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Well-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
