Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, develop & edit drawings, models and renders
• Ensure all designs comply with the planning regulations
• Prepare and submit relevant documents including applications, site surveys, condition reports, etc to the Planning Authority and Building & Construction Authority
• Oversee construction sites, ensuring adherence to design specifications and local regulations
• Carry out regular site visits to check on progress of projects and ensure that these are running within the agreed timelines
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders
• Perform any other job-related duties as necessary or as assigned.

Requirements:

• Maltese speaker.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of PA design guidelines
• Visual & verbal communication skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in the property development sector
