Assistant Manager – Beach Club

• Assist in the daily operation of the beach club
• Supervise and support staff during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Handle reservations, guest requests, and complaints professionally
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards
• Coordinate with bar, kitchen, and service teams
• Support stock control and daily reporting
• Help maintain smooth and efficient operations throughout the venue

Minimum two years of experience in the hospitality industry in a similar role
