Assisted Stretching Therapist — Malta | Full-Time

This is a hands-on, people-first role. You will work one-on-one with each client — listening, adapting, and delivering sessions that make a real difference to how they feel. You will be the heart of the studio experience. As we grow across locations, this role has a clear path toward a senior and leadership position.

What You'll Do

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions in a premium, private environment
• Build genuine relationships with clients focused on their progress and wellbeing
• Assess mobility and flexibility needs and personalise each session accordingly
• Contribute to the studio atmosphere — warm, professional, attentive
• Share feedback and ideas — your voice shapes how we grow
• Participate in specialist training and continue developing your technique

• Certified in one or more of the following: Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Medicine, Personal Training, or Massage Therapy
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working directly with clients
• Fluent in English — an additional language is always welcome
• A natural communicator who makes people feel comfortable and cared for
• Motivated by results and genuinely invested in your clients' progress
