Bartender - Full Time

Join our dynamic bar team in our new Entertainment Centre as a Bartender. You'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and assisting in the day-to-day bar operations.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests with beverage and food orders, offering recommendations when necessary.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, following recipes and customer preferences.
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for order entry, payment processing, and issuing receipts.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, refrigerators, and equipment.
Assist in monitoring beverage and supply stock levels, notifying the Duty Manager of shortages or replenishment needs.
Support stock rotation and check expiration dates to minimize waste and maintain product quality.
Follow opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and cleaning tasks.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal requirements.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, escalating issues as needed.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to fulfill food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
