Bathrooms & Tiles Sales Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Bathrooms & Tiles Sales Representative to join our showroom team. The successful candidate will assist customers in selecting bathroom products, tiles, and related accessories while providing excellent service and expert product advice.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bathroom and tile solutions.
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
Maintain strong product knowledge of bathroom fittings, sanitary ware, tiles, and accessories.
Support customers throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to order completion.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding product availability and deliveries.
Ensure the showroom is well-presented, organized, and displays are maintained to a high standard.
Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, designers, contractors, and developers.

Educational and skill requirements

Previous experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service (experience in bathrooms, tiles, construction, or interior design products will be considered an asset).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven with a professional and positive attitude.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Good organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
