Branch Manager – Real Estate

PAT Group is currently looking for a Real Estate Branch Manager.

The chosen Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the Branch, handling sales and letting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a group of Sale and Letting Specialists.
• Actively participate in property sales and letting by conducting viewings and handling negotiations.
• Prepare lease agreements and register them with the Housing Authority.
• Conduct property inspections.
• Act as a point of contact, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  
  

Requirements:

• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated and flexible with a can- do attitude.

Experience in Estate or Property Management is an advantage.
