What We&rsquo;re Looking For:

<li>A&nbsp;team player&nbsp;with a proactive mindset, who also works confidently on their own.</li>
<li>Someone with a&nbsp;keen eye for detail&nbsp;and strong&nbsp;communication skills.</li>
<li>IT-literate&nbsp;and comfortable using basic retail software.</li>
<li>Previous&nbsp;retail experience&nbsp;is an asset, but not essential &ndash; a great attitude goes a long way!</li>
<li>Flexible and willing to work&nbsp;rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM).</li>
<li>Willingness to work in any of our Homemate outlets, as required.</li>

From supporting your team during a busy shift to helping a customer find exactly what they need, you&rsquo;ll be at the heart of the action.
You&rsquo;ll oversee the outlet&rsquo;s daily operations, maintain excellent service standards, and help drive sales. Working closely with management and colleagues, you&rsquo;ll keep the shop organised, well stocked, and looking its best&mdash;while creating a positive atmosphere for customers and staff alike.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
