We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Shop Supervisor who leads by example, brings out the best in people, and takes pride in running a store that customers love to visit.

ABOUT THE ROLE

From supporting your team during a busy shift to helping a customer find exactly what they need, you’ll be at the heart of the action.

You’ll oversee the outlet’s daily operations, maintain excellent service standards, and help drive sales. Working closely with management and colleagues, you’ll keep the shop organised, well stocked, and looking its best—while creating a positive atmosphere for customers and staff alike.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

✔ Coordinate daily store operations, keeping the team focused and the shop running smoothly
✔ Lead, motivate, and coach sales assistants, cashiers, and customer care staff
✔ Set the standard for friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
✔ Take a hands-on approach to assisting customers with product queries and finding their way around the store
✔ Monitor stock availability and ensure shelves and displays are replenished and well presented
✔ Bring products and seasonal campaigns to life through effective merchandising
✔ Keep the outlet clean, organised, safe, and welcoming throughout the day
✔ Handle customer concerns professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences
✔ Support staff performance through regular guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback
✔ Prioritise workloads, coordinate staff deployment, and assist with schedules to ensure adequate floor coverage
✔ Share operational updates, customer feedback, and sales opportunities with management
✔ Identify ways to improve service, strengthen sales, and make daily operations more efficient
✔ Ensure health and safety procedures and company standards are consistently followed
