Business Development Executive

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Prospecting and identifying potential clients
  • Actively promoting and selling financial products
  • Generating new business through the use of various platforms, including face-to-face meetings and online conferences
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly targets
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships 
Educational and skill requirements
  • Highly motivated, target-driven and committed
  • Confident with an enthusiastic sales attitude
  • Excellent team player
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Fluent in written and spoken Maltese and English language
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Business related degree or 4 MQF Level 3 qualifications
  • Previous experience in insurance and/or sales will be considered an asset, although not a requirement, since full training will be provided in-house.
