Business Development Manager

Alfred Jobs is growing, and we need a Business Development Manager who can generate revenue, build client relationships, and close deals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Reaching out to companies in Malta (calls, LinkedIn, meetings)
  • Selling job advertising packages on Alfred Jobs
  • Managing and growing client relationships
  • Following up leads consistently and professionally
  • Working towards and achieving monthly sales targets

What we’re looking for:

  • Comfortable with sales and handling rejection
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Based in Malta and able to meet clients
  • Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or B2B is an advantage
