Butcher

• Cut and prepare meat products according to shop standards and customer specifications.
• Provide knowledgeable and courteous service to customers, advising on meat cuts and cooking methods.
• Ensure proper display, labeling, and storage of meat products in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with stock control, inventory management, and ordering as required.
• Adhere strictly to occupational health and safety and food hygiene guidelines.

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese
• Be customer-oriented
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for
