Your mission will be to assist our valued customers, understanding their needs, and resolving any issues with unparalleled superheroic flair via calls. After probation one will also have the possibility to embark on various other tasks within the section itself.

- Fluency in English (proficient level) - Especially Written
- Other languages such as Maltese, Italian, French or German will be considered an asset;
- Proficiency in the tools of the trade, including Outlook 365, Word, and Excel;
- Exceptional organisational skills and a knack for problem-solving;
- Confidence in your ability to bring joy to our customers and help keep our operations running like well-oiled machines;
- The ability to tackle tasks with initiative and creativity, always ready to seize opportunities and make things happen;
