Main tasks and responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items to the highest quality and presentation standards, ensuring our guests enjoy an unforgettable dining experience.
Assist with food preparation, ensuring ingredients are ready for cooking and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, always adhering to health and hygiene regulations.
Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and stored correctly.
Support inventory management by receiving, organizing, and storing food supplies.
Engage with our customers, taking orders and providing excellent service with a smile.
Work closely with the food truck team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Show initiative in taking on various kitchen roles as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Educational and skill requirements

Fluent English is a must and Knowledge of Maltese is preferred.
EU National / Maltese Candidate will be given priority due to the need for immediate employment
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a must.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Well-groomed appearance and adherence to our food truck's uniform policy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
