Cleaner

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform daily cleaning of all public and staff areas within the complex, including hotel lobbies, hallways, restrooms, staircases, and back-of-house areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors across all venues.
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass doors, and other surfaces as required.
• Empty trash bins and ensure waste disposal procedures are followed in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items to the appropriate department promptly.
• Clean dining and service areas before, during, and after service hours.
• Sanitize surfaces, tables, chairs, bar counters, and service stations regularly.
• Ensure kitchen floors and food prep areas are kept clean in coordination with kitchen staff.
• Assist with restocking cleaning supplies and consumables as needed.
• Carry out scheduled deep cleans of specific areas such as kitchens, storage rooms, or guest rooms.
• Follow strict hygiene protocols, especially in food and beverage service areas.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience in a hospitality or multi-venue environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
