CNC Operator

Founded in 2022, Europe Fastflow Services Ltd. is a Recruitment / Temping / Outsourcing agency located in the Maltese Islands.

We are inviting applicants for Full Time employment for a CNC Operator role.

We are seeking a qualified CNC Operator who iresponsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, or routers) to produce components
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy
Inspect finished products using measuring tools to ensure quality and precision
Perform basic machine maintenance and report malfunctions
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize production processes

Educational and skill requirements

Applicant Must:

Be fluent in English and/or Maltese
Be customer-oriented
Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team
Have relevant experience in the position applied for
