We are seeking a team player to join our Maintenance team as a General Maintenance Person (Handyman). This individual's primary responsibility will be to maintain the upkeep of our rental units, working alongside other team members.
Job Requirements:

<li>Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance, technician, or similar role.</li>
<li>Knowledge of general repair work, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance maintenance.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.</li>

We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on Laundry Supervisor to lead a small team consisting of 3&ndash;4 employees, keeping our laundry operations running smoothly while staying hands-on and involved in the work.
What You&rsquo;ll Do, with the help of your team:

Lead a small laundry team while actively participating in daily tasks.

Tackle stains, manage workflows, and ensure every item meets high-quality standards.
</li>
<li>
Keep the department organized, safe, and running efficiently.

Delegate tasks, motivate, and report to management on operations.
</li>
<li>
Place the weekly orders from our suppliers.
</li>
</ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:

Hands-on, energetic, and reliable.

Must be currently living in Malta.
