Construction Worker / General Helper

Pillars Real Estate is growing, and we are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team.

If you are dependable, used to manual work, and ready to support our construction projects from start to finish, we would love to hear from you.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Carry out general construction tasks as directed by site supervisors and foremen
Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting building materials and equipment on site
Support skilled tradespeople (masons, carpenters, electricians, etc.) with manual tasks during construction work
Prepare work areas, dig trenches, and move materials as required for ongoing projects
Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision to assist with construction tasks

Educational and skill requirements

Previous experience in construction or manual labour is an asset but not essential
Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks
Ability to follow instructions and work safely under supervision
Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
Ability to work well as part of a team
