

Corporate Executive
IGA Group Ltd is a professional and innovative company specializing in remote gaming consulting, accounting, taxation and corporate services to companies. Due to further expansion, IGA Group Ltd is seeking to recruit a Corporate Executive to join its expanding team. The selected candidate will work primarily under the direction and reporting to the Corporate Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deal with a wide variety of arrangements which may be of a complex nature, including but not limited to Yachting and Aviation Clients.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Setting up and managing the day-to-day administration of Partnerships and companies, including opening and maintaining bank accounts.
- Liaising with clients, professional advisors, intermediaries, and government authorities via telephone, email, and in writing.
- Attending meetings with clients as required.
- Drafting minutes, resolutions, and preparing documentation for both routine and complex transactions.
- Maintaining statutory records and ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
- Conducting annual reviews of all entities.
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Assisting with ad hoc project work as needed.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in yachting and aviation will be considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Flexibility, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements in a dynamic environment.
