The Position

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Lawyer with a specialization in Anti Money Laundering, Company and Commercial Law to join our firm. This is a unique opportunity for lawyers who are interested in reaching exposure across different sectors.

The chosen candidate will be given exposure to clients across different industries. The right candidate can expect a continuous emphasis on intellectual growth and skills development.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Working directly under the supervision of the License Holder in a client-focused environment.
Providing legal, anti-money laundering, company and commercial advice in servicing the needs of the firm's clients.
Drafting and reviewing commercial and employment contracts, Board resolutions, Board and Committee meetings minutes and other legal documents.
Manage the full process of Annual Corporate filings with the Malta Business Registry.
Draft and/or review all the firm’s policies and procedures.
