Our team is growing, and we’re on the lookout for dedicated and motivated individuals to join us as Customer Care Support Officers.
- Assisting with bookings, changes and logistics
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Resolving issues with efficiency and a positive attitude
- Providing outstanding service that reflects our brand values
• Coordinate and oversee logistics for individual and group tours
• Loading of customer bookings into internal systems accurately and promptly
• Deliver essential pre-activity information to customers through email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels
• Respond to customer inquiries across various topics in a timely and helpful manner
• Handle emergency and other general incoming emails and phone calls
• Perform additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager
- Computer literacy and knowledge of MS applications
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- English is a must. Other languages considered an asset.
