TTI is seeking a Customer Experience Administrator for one of our top clients. Our client is an insurance company based in Malta.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries via email, telephone, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and support regarding life insurance products and services
  • Manage day-to-day transactions throughout the life insurance policy lifecycle, including policy issuance, amendments, and cancellations
  • Become familiar with internal systems, tools, and product offerings to effectively support customers
  • Ensure efficient resolution of customer requests and complaints while maintaining high service standards
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
  • Support the onboarding and ongoing servicing of new and existing clients
  • Uphold company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards in all customer interactions
Educational and skill requirements
  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and procedures
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
