TTI is seeking a Customer Experience Administrator for one of our top clients. Our client is an insurance company based in Malta.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via email, telephone, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and support regarding life insurance products and services
- Manage day-to-day transactions throughout the life insurance policy lifecycle, including policy issuance, amendments, and cancellations
- Become familiar with internal systems, tools, and product offerings to effectively support customers
- Ensure efficient resolution of customer requests and complaints while maintaining high service standards
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
- Support the onboarding and ongoing servicing of new and existing clients
- Uphold company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards in all customer interactions
Educational and skill requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and procedures
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in both Maltese and English
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
