We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team.

The Job

• Collect, clean and analyse large datasets from multiple systems and sources
• Develop and maintain databases, data pipelines and dashboards for real-time reporting
• Use statistical tools and models to identify trends, correlations and opportunities
• Assist the Business Controllers in the presentation of reports to management with clear insights on trends of costs, revenue and other financial data
• Along with the Cost Controllers, assist in the operational performance analysis, such as menu engineering and cost controlling
• Collaborate with departments to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
• Support system integrations and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst (2+ years) or in a similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI). Experience with Oracle-based software will be considered as an asset
• Advanced statistical knowledge and ability to apply analytical models
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and actionable way
• Previous experience in hospitality or retail shall be considered an asset
