Role Purpose:

The Data Disclosure Advisor provides flexible, on-demand support to the Legal & Regulatory team, helping the company meet its legal and compliance obligations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory matters, while enjoying the flexibility of a casual role.


Key Accountabilities and Activities:

Provide data to the law enforcement agencies (LEAs) and Maltese Courts in compliance with Epic’s legal obligations
Attend in the Maltese law courts and provide the data to LEAs as required via court summons either in person or through affidavits.
Assist with the implementation and monitoring of the LEA request data base and prepare monthly reporting on the requests processed.
Assist with the urgent LEA requests on an on-call basis outside of office hours as requested on a rostered basis.
Key Requirements:

Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English.
Must demonstrate commercial acumen.
Proficient in MS-Office applications.
Time-management, communication and writing skills as well as presentation skills are essential.
Ability to work independently and cooperate with different teams;
Excellent analytical skills with the capacity of identifying all risks.
