Main tasks and responsibilities

Your day-to-day [together, we will face a new game each day]:

As our Duty Manager , you'll lead a team of top-notch players to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll build a winning culture that celebrates each player's unique talents and ensures everyone has an opportunity to shine.
You'll be responsible for executing our commercial playbook of our store, rallying the team to stay focused towards the finish line.
You'll increase market share of the sports present in our Store and forge strong relationships with new customer segments: sportsmen, sport venues and schools across the province.
You'll constantly renew the Store's physical structure and improve the digital experience for our customers and teammates, ensuring that we always have the latest and greatest gear.

Part Time/Full Time (30 or 40hrs weekly) Indefinite Contract;
