Events Coordinator

Montekristo Estate is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to manage and oversee all aspects of events, from initial client consultation to post-event follow-up. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure every event is flawlessly executed, meeting the client’s specific requirements and maintaining Montekristo’s high standards.

Main duties:

  • Planning, organizing, and executing events
  • Ensuring the smooth running of events and client satisfaction
  • Managing event logistics
  • Coordinating vendors
  • Booking venues
  • Overseeing budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Communicates with clients to understand their needs
  • Creates event timelines
  • Resolves any issues that arise during the event.

Requirments:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
  • Must be currently working in Malta
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
