Role Overview
The Finance Executive will oversee the Company’s financial operations, including transaction processing, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can provide accurate financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Management: Manage the entire accounts payable process, including payments, invoicing, credit control, and follow-up on overdue accounts.
• Invoice Processing: Ensure all invoices are accurately processed and complete.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile statements and address any discrepancies promptly.
• VAT and Budget Support: Assist with VAT submissions and budget preparation.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare management accounts, deliver financial reports, and provide periodic analysis for different stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in departmental and management meetings to provide financial insights.
• Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare regular cash flow reports and forecasts for management.
• Audit Assistance: Support the auditing process as required.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

• Education: A’Level in Accounts, AAT qualification, or completion of several ACCA exams, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an accounting role.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English; Maltese language skills are an asset.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders.
• Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative approach with effective teamwork capabilities.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; knowledge of Microsoft Navision and/or Business Central is an advantage.
• Organisation: Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills with effective decision-making ability.
