Financial Reporting Officer

1. Preparing, examining and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
2. Preparing VAT and Tax returns.
3. Developing, maintaining and analyzing budgets and preparing periodic reports.
4. Developing, implementing, modifying and documenting proper record keeping and accounting systems.
5. Daily/ periodic Invoicing - Reviewing and inputting invoices on SAGE and QuickBooks.
6. Communicating with creditors regarding outstanding accounts and payment of outstanding accounts.
7. Managing and reconciling Bank Account Statements.
8. Monthly processing of payroll transactions Payroll Tax, Fringe Benefits Tax and Social Security Contribution.

1. Holder of or studying for a Bachelor of Commerce.
2. A-Level in Accounting.

• Good knowledge of SAGE Cloud and QuickBooks.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Good command of the English Language (Verbal and Written).
• Flexible and able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
• Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritise amongst different tasks.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
