Food and Beverage Supervisor

Mediterranean Staff Consultancy Limited is currently seeking an attentive and leadership-driven Food and Beverage Supervisor to work with them on a full-time basis.

A Food and Beverage Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a restaurant, bar, hotel, or catering service, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth workflow. They lead the service team, maintain quality standards, and enhance guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate food and beverage staff to ensure efficient service
• Train, mentor, and support team members to uphold service standards
• Monitor food and drink quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Assist with scheduling, staff evaluations, and performance management
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, with supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hospitality standards
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
