Hostess

Mediterranean Staff Consultancy Limited is currently seeking a welcoming and graceful Hostess to work with them on a full-time basis.

A Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth seating process in restaurants, hotels, or events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart
• Provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
• Handle customer inquiries and assist with special requests
• Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and welcoming
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of reservation systems and seating management
