Accounts Clerk

At EuroBridge, we owe a good part of our success to the efficiency of our Accounts Department. To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking an Accounts Clerk to report to and assist the Accounts Team Leader in handling parts of the daily activities of the Accounts Department. The ideal candidate, must have strong communication skills, be an organized person, meticulous and assertive.

Duties may include:

  • Verifying purchase invoices and allocating against shipments.

  • Reconciling suppliers’ statements and preparing payments.

  • Accurately posting of client receipts and preparing bank deposits

  • Monitoring receipts and chasing overdue amounts

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies.

  • Carrying out any ancillary duties that may arise.

  • Assist the company’s managers with the companies exigences.

Who are we looking for?

  • The ideal candidate must be reliable, trustworthy and must possess ‘O’ Level qualification in accounting or equivalent.

  • Previous experience within an Accounts department will be considered an asset though not essential.

  • Proficient in spoken and written English is a must.

The chosen candidate will be given the necessary training, and continuous managerial mentoring.
