Job Summary:
As a Furniture Sales Consultant at Ferraracasa, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to clients seeking high-quality, luxury furniture. You will assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces for their homes or businesses, guiding them through a personalized shopping experience. Your deep understanding of design trends, materials, and the Ferraracasa product range will enable you to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide tailored recommendations based on their style preferences and functional requirements.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales by actively recommending suitable products, upselling, and cross-selling to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Ferraracasa’s extensive range of luxury furniture, including features, materials, design trends, and customization options, to effectively advise customers.
- Showroom Presentation: Ensure the showroom is always well-organized and visually appealing, showcasing the brand’s furniture collections in line with Ferraracasa's standards.
- Order Management: Process customer orders, track delivery schedules, and ensure that all transactions are handled smoothly and efficiently.
- Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business through excellent after-sales service.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and store management to contribute to a positive and productive team environment, sharing customer feedback and ideas to improve store performance.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about local design trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to provide relevant insights and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, with a preference for furniture or high-end sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
- A passion for interior design and luxury furniture, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills for processing orders and tracking inventory.
