General Manager - Cynergi Health & Fitness Club

We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to oversee all operations of Cynergi Health & Fitness Centre. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading our team, ensuring the highest standards of service and driving the business to achieve financial goals. You will manage day-to-day operations, including staff management, member satisfaction, marketing initiatives and financial oversight.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of fitness professionals, personal trainers, and support staff.
Recruit, train, and manage staff performance.
Ensure smooth daily operations, including facility maintenance and cleanliness.
Manage membership sales, retention, and customer service excellence.
Oversee scheduling, inventory, and ordering of supplies.
Develop and implement business strategies to drive membership growth.
Monitor financial performance, including budgets, revenue, and expenses.
Analyze sales data and create reports to present to Senior Management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns.
Plan events, promotions, and partnerships to engage the local community.
