Graphic Designer

Are you passionate about design and eager to bring your creative ideas to life? Ballotra Media is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the team. This role is perfect for
someone looking to kick–start their career in design working with top brands all over Malta
and internationally while collaborating with a dynamic and creative marketing agency. You’ll work closely with the design team and have the opportunity to learn, develop, and make an impact on exciting projects.

Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer, you will work on:

• Collaborating with the design team to create concepts and designs
• Social media graphics
• Website visuals and layouts
• Packaging designs
• Branding projects (logos, identity systems, etc.)

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a
  plus).
• A basic understanding of design principles for both web and print.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team.
• The ability to interpret briefs, take direction, and work independently when required.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high–quality work.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage projects effectively.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent education).
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and a variety of design skills (academic,
  freelance, or personal projects are welcome).
• Familiarity with design trends, principles, and modern marketing approaches.
• A background or interest in marketing.
• Not required but a bonus – Knowledge of motion graphics, 3D designs, or video
  editing.
