• Oversee the aesthetic appeal of guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring a stylish and harmonious presentation.
• Maintain and enhance hotel décor, including furniture arrangement, floral displays, and seasonal decorations.
• Ensure all areas of the hotel reflect sophistication, warmth, and cleanliness at all times.
• Work closely with management to implement design and ambiance improvements that align with the hotel’s brand.
• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure presentation standards are met and exceeded.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for visual enhancement and maintenance.
• Manage inventory of decorative elements, linens, and furnishings and overseeing laundry operations.
