Labourer

Troika Finishings is looking for a hardworking and dependable Labourer to join the team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to support construction, maintenance, and operational activities. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
• Performing manual labour tasks, such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Operating basic tools and machinery as needed, following safety guidelines.
• Supporting skilled workers, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, by preparing materials and workspaces.
• Cleaning and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Adhering to all company policies and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a labourer or construction role
• Physical fittess and the ability to perform strenuous tasks
• Basic understanding of tools and equipment operation
• Proficiency in the Maltese language
• Possesses a Valid Driving License
