QuickLets – Depiro Branch is expanding and we are looking for driven, sales-focused professionals ready to perform in a fast-paced letting environment.

This role is best suited for candidates who are financially motivated, resilient, and serious about building a long-term career in real estate.

💰 Earnings Potential

• Uncapped commission structure
• Performance-based bonuses
• Realistic OTE €20,000 – €60,000+ (based on performance)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end rental process
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio
• Consistently achieve monthly KPIs and targets

✅ Mandatory Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Currently based in Malta
• Own laptop
• Proven sales mindset and strong communication skills
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including peak hours

⭐ Strong Advantage

• Previous letting, real estate, or sales experience
• Own car and driving licence
• Track record of hitting targets
